In WP Rentals, you have the flexibility to select different price settings for a listing and control the display of available fields in the listing submit form, including:

1. Default price per night (or per hour)
2. Different price per night for bookings exceeding 7 days (or custom price per hour for bookings exceeding 7 hours)
3. Different price per night for bookings exceeding 30 days (or a different price per hour for bookings exceeding 30 hours)
4. Different price per night (or hour) for weekend days
5. Minimum booking days (or hours)
6. Price for extra guests
7. Cleaning and/or city fee (with options to calculate these by night, by the guest, or by guest and night)
